Pleasant Hill Mennonite Church

The Pleasant Hill Mennonite Church is located in Moniteau County, Missouri, three miles south of Latham on Route CC. The members at first were without a minister but held devotions in homes every two weeks. The first regular church service was held on a four week basis having begun on May 7, 1972. It was held in an old one room school house which George Zimmerman sold to the church. They have since been on a schedule open every Sunday except the 5th Sunday of the month. In 1985 there were 48 communicants and by 1989 there were 89.
