High Point Christian church held services in a building in the early 1920's - what earlier was known as the Methodist Church. Services continued for several years until crowds dwindled. Sometime later the building was sold to Mr. and Mrs. Roy Papen - then wrecked and a home was built - which is now the present home of Mrs. Carrie Collins.
